POSITIVES: Reliable pass-catching tight end with marginal size and speed. Quickly releases into routes, runs relatively well, and finds the open spot in the defense. Uses his frame to shield away defenders, effectively makes body-catches when necessary, and looks the pass in. Displays good awareness on the field and gives effort at all times.

NEGATIVES: Marginally strong and tossed aside by linebackers. Does not possess soft hands. Struggled with injuries in college.

ANALYSIS: Fine is a competitive prospect with limited upside. He is a practice squad player with a slight chance of finding a home on a roster as a third tight end.
