BIOGRAPHY: Three-year starter who posted 49/709/4 as a senior after 48/829/6 the previous year.

POSITIVES: Strong, sturdy wide out with terrific size/speed numbers. Works his hands to get off jams at the line of scrimmage, adjusts to the errant throw, and makes the reception in stride. Nicely extends to make the catch away from his frame. Offers the quarterback a good target and easily makes the reception running downfield at full speed.

NEGATIVES: Picks up minimal yardage running after the reception. Marginal blocker who must pick up the intensity.

ANALYSIS: Franklin is a physical specimen, yet he rarely plays to his measurables. He offers a lot of upside, but he must become tougher and start to play to his abilities.
