POSITIVES: Athletic cover corner who plays smart football. Fluid turning his hips to transition with opponents, displays solid footwork in all directions, and shows good instincts on the field. Reads the quarterback's eyes following action, gets his head back around, and immediately locates the ball in the air. Possesses a terrific burst of closing speed and positions himself against opponents to make a play on the ball. Physical and likes to mix it up.

NEGATIVES: Tends to give a big cushion and allows a large number of underneath receptions. Very quick out of his back-pedal.

ANALYSIS: Williams has been productive and durable on the college level and he's known for his outstanding work ethic. Despite his lack of height, he offers terrific potential at the next level.
