BIOGRAPHY: Full-time starter the past three seasons after seeing limited action with the first team as a freshman.

POSITIVES: Smart, hard-working blocker who plays with solid fundamentals. Bends his knees blocking with good pad level, quickly gets off the line, and seals defenders from the action. Effective with shotgun snap. Displays good awareness quarterbacking the offensive line.

NEGATIVES: Marginally strong, does not finish blocks, and struggles against larger opponents.

ANALYSIS: Richard has been a productive and durable college lineman. He is an adequate athlete with marginal upside and could find a home as a backup.
